At iScooter, we value protecting the world we all live in, which is why we sell some scooters at reduced prices if they have a few minor scratches or surface damage.
This batch of machines are customer experience machines which come from our exhibition hall. It's high quality and inexpensive,please rest assured to order it and the level of old and new machines is up to whichever you received. The unit has some scrapes from use, but it is fully operational.
All refurbished scooters sold are final and are non-returnable.
Each refurbished scooter is tested to the same test standards as a brand new scooter. This is a refurbished version and we offer the same warranty as the standard version. Please refer to the warranty policy. -

- We provide with a 90-day limited warranty for repair or replacement of parts and components. If you experience any issues with your scooter, please contact our support team at support@iscooterglobal.com;
- Excellent Condition: The scooter has fewer than 10 kilometers on the odometer, has little to no cosmetic damage, and is in complete working condition.
- Good Condition(May have minor scratches): The scooter has over 10 kilometers on the odometer, and is in complete working condition.
- Fair Condition (Minor Cosmetic Damage): The scooter has over 15-40 kilometers on the odometer and/or has some cosmetic damage and is in full working condition.
