What Is iScooter Return Policy?

How Can I Return Items?
Pls check out our Return Policy first, then please contact us by support@iscooterglobal.com and tell us about which items you want to return.
Note: Order number is needed so that we can process your return request and offer the return address to you.
What Is The Status Of My Refund?
Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your refund. If you have chosen the refund to your credit card, the whole process may need 7-14 business days as you card bank need to process the refund to you.
Please understand that we need to refund to your card bank first within 48 hours. But your card bank may need 7-14 business days to transfer the money to your card account.
We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information. We apologize genuinely for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your kind understanding.
Can I Use The Coupon I Received On The Official Website On Other Platforms Such As Amazon, EBay, Or Walmart?
We are sorry to tell you that the discounts received on the official website can only be used for orders on the official website and cannot be used on other platforms.
I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We will ship our order within 2 working days once the order has been placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
NOTE: During the busy holiday seasons or after holiday promotions, the shipment processing can take up to 2-3 working days.
How Long Does Delivery Normally Take?
Under normal circumstances where there are no issues with the order, it will be shipped within one working day. In special cases, it requires 1 to 3 days for processing. Delivery time after the order is dispatched. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.
Why Does It Show My Package Has Been Delivered But It Hasn't?
Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number
Why Was My Package Returned?
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1) Items are in different warehouses.
2) Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.
3) Weight limit of customs or courier. You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.

I Ordered Two Items, Why Did I Only Receive One?
Because the shipment weight is overweight, we usually ship them separately. So both reach at different day and time. Please don’t panic and just keep tracking the item in your orders window or your email. If you still can not find it please contact us.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us by support@iscooterglobal.com before it is shipped. Please note that we CANNOT change or cancel orders which have been shipped out.
If you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped out, please refuse to sign the package, and we will charge part of shipping cost per scooter, we will issue the refund after the package returning to us.

What Does Error Code E2 Mean On E-Scooter?
Check whether the motor phase wires are damaged or have other damages, Replace the controller.
How Do I Fix Error Code E3 On E-Scooter?
E3 means the electronic brake error, Check whether the electronic brake of the brake handle is damaged. If there is no problem such as being stuck when starting up, replace the brake handle with a new electronic brake.
What Does Error Code E5 Mean On E-Scooter?
E5 means low-voltage protection, when E5 shows up, pls charge the scooter for a while, then the E5 will disappear automatically, if the E5 still exists after charging, then pls replace the battery.
What Does Error Code E6 Mean On E-Scooter?
1. Check if there is an abnormality in the connector between the instrument panel and the main communication cable. Try to unplug and replug it. Check the connector between the controller and the main cable and try to unplug and replug it.
2. If the problem cannot be solved, please replace communication cable
What Does Error Code E7 Mean On E-Scooter?
The supply voltage is higher than the maximum supply voltage of the controller, please replace battery.
How Do I Fix Error Code E8 On E-Scooter?
Please replace controller.
How Do I Fix Error Code E10 On E-Scooter?
1.Please check the cables on the dashboard first. check the plug-in for slanting and loosening, and then replug it again.
2. Remove the bottom cover and ensure that all wires from the controller are securely connected. And reconnect if necessary.
*If the problem cannot be solved, please replace the instrument +controller to solve the problem (need the same model)
How Do I Fix Error Code E11/E12/E13 On E-Scooter?
Motor Phase Current Sensor Fault, Check the line of the phase line of the controller or motor. Please replace the controller.
How Do I Fix Error Code E14 On E-Scooter?
Here are steps to Troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the accelerator is completely reset, You can try pressing the accelerator several times to make it completely to its original position.
2. Pull out the electronic accelerator cable then replug it, and restart.
If the problem cannot be solved, please replace accelerator
How Do I Fix Error Code E15 On E-Scooter?
Here are steps to Troubleshootig:
1. Check whether the brake handle is completely reset, You can try pressing the brake bar a few more times to fuly retum it to its original position.
2. Pul out the electronic brake cable then replug it, and restart lf the problem stil esists, it can be solved by replacing the brake lever.
Why Does My E-Scooter Display Error Code E16?
E16 indicates whether the Hall connector of the motor and controller is loose or detached. If it is loose, repair the connection. If E16 still shows, please replace with a new motor wheel.
