Q1.How long does it take to deliver?

Q2:The front light and screen will be automatically shut off?
A:To save and protect the battery, when the scooter is stationary for 5-10 minutes, it will automatically enter power-save modes and turn off.
Q3:Unable to accelerate?
A:1. For your safety, by default, we designed for this, "Non-zero startup", it only needs one initial speed to start. Or you can connect "Minibot" APP, then, if you turn on Zero Start. 2. Error code (visible on LCD), please contact us to replace a throttle.
Q4:Motor hall Faults?
A:Take off the screws on the bottom of the scooter, then check the controller and replug the hall wire connecting terminal.
Q5:Controller Faults?
A:Take off the screws on the bottom of the scooter, then check and replug the controller connecting terminal.
Q6:Unable to power on?
A:1. Unplug your charger from the port, then click the power button to turn on your scooter. 2. Use the multimeter to measure the voltage of the battery, if the voltage is from 30-42V, it means there is no problem with the battery. If the voltage is lower than 30V, the scooter maybe not be turned on.
Q7:Not charging?
A:1. Check your charging cable and charging port for signs of damage, like breakage. Don't use damaged accessories. 2. Use the 220V ACA of the multimeter to measure the voltage of the charger and charger port, if there isn't reading, your scooter probably needs to replace the charger or charger port. if there is a reading, it probably needs to replace the battery.
Q8:Scooter seems to make noise?
A:It may be the disc brake noise. To remove the disc brake noise:First make sure the scooter is turned off. 1. Loosen two screws on the pump (not the screw on the rocker). 2. Adjust the position of the disc brake pump to ensure that the brake disc is in the middle of the two brake pads. 3. Keep the brake disc and brake pad not touching each other. 4. Hold the disk brake pump in the desired position, then retighten the screws to the pump. Or contact customer service to get an operation video.
Q9:The speed and range are not as same as described?
A:The speed and range will be effected by temperature of environment, the condition of road, the weight of rider(including all belongings ) -

adult rider here. You can’t have a bad day when the wind is blowing by and youre outside seeing the sights. I was initially worried I would have trouble balancing on this thing, but its super easy, and gets better when faster than 5mph, which doesn’t sound fast but 10 is a nice, cruising the neighborhood speed. 20 feels really fast when your out in open air. It has 3 levels, “eco” which stays in lower speeds and I use it a lot. “standard” is the next level and you can add more speed with the thumb lever and zip , I rarely use “turbo” because I envision body surfing down the asphalt if I were to hit a pine cone but it may be just me. I chose this model and brand for the tire tread. the leading brand doesn’t have it and I’m not sorry. with rougher terrain and even with a slight incline I’m glad I did. Just going off sidewalk to grass or dirt makes a difference in your ride. I’m super happy, I take it out every day, several times a day. Im a petite woman but I can haul it up the front 5-6 steps and into my house for safe storage. I initially bought this for the fun, yes, but also the rising gas prices. If it goes that far, why not ride to work, the store, for quick sundries from the gas station. My adult son borrows it and always comes back with a smile.

I have never taken the time to review a product. This was very different. My wife and I are in our mid 60's. Both are at the upper end of the max weight. We purchased 2 standard 350watt scooters about 16months ago. Had a blast. Used them in Key West everywhere instead of needing a car. But without suspension our feet and knees took a beating so we started looking for a better option. After reading the specs and researching the company we decided to purchase the iX3. It is truly more than we expected. Being at max weight ,on flat level ground I have hit 27.5 mph. Downhill 28.5. I believe the speed control is not allowing it to go any faster. I have not had the opportunity to test the mileage. My longest ride has been 12 miles. I still find it amazing that it will go that far. But we live in flat Florida so I'm sure that helps. Our other scooters could not be used on any soft or loose surface. These just roll on. The other scooters had lights but they were only to be seen not to safely see where you are going. The lights on this machine make you very visible but also light the road ahead. Dual brakes stop smoothly. Instrumentation is absolutely superb. And bluetooth capable to bind with your phone for several functions. And the price was much less than compatible units. To say I'm pleased with my purchase is an understatement.
I really enjoy this scooter. This is my first time getting one and I must say it was a great buy and worth the money. The application feature for the scooter is ok, could be better. The Headlight and base lighting is very bright. The braking system is pretty good. It's fast as well.
