I previously owned an i9max for 2 years, i9M is very similar minus suspension but added air filled tires. The i9M weighs a little less and reaches 22mph consistently except hills still averages 14-15mph. Great scooter with 500w and great build quality!

For context: I am disabled. I am 43, 6'4", and weigh 318lbs. I have neurological and ambulatory problems from severe back injuries. I had to give up my license years ago because of the dangers to me and others in driving. I live in Ohio, and we have very comprehensive and beneficial e-scooter laws. My city is very hilly. That being said...
I love my F7 scooter. It gets around very well. There are only a couple of places I have to dismount and push it up a very steep hill. It is very nimble and comfortable, although I did upgrade the seat and do a couple mods to make it safer (adding reflectors, mirrors, handicap indicators). i have some freedom back after being trapped in a very small radius that I can walk easily. It's been over ten years since I got out on my own and felt some sense of being normal. Thank you, iScooter for coming out with this model. It is the perfect use case for me. My wish would be a 2 Motor model with a larger battery, but again I've really put it through some paces. It's great. I did buy the extended warranty, and insurance on the shipment. With all my upgrades and tertiary purchases, I'm into it about 1000$. Money well spent. I do want to purchase an auxiliary battery for range and wear.

The only complaint I have, is that I didn't get shipping confirmation for my order, I just showed up about 4 days after I ordered it. That worked out great, but I wanted to guarantee I was able to track and receive it. These things happen though. Thanks again for a great scooter and keep up the good work. -Dan

Previously owned a i9max, this i9M is better because of pneumatic tires, better display, as well as being lighter. No suspension but tires balance this out. iScooter build quality is amazing!

Amazing scooter. It accelerates quick enough, not too fast but not too slow. I’ve gone 21mph down hill on this. I like the key and the horn. It’s more secure with a key instead of just a button. It’s been cold outside where i am so it will affect the battery life but I’ve been getting 6-8 miles of range with it being 30 degrees outside so not bad at all! Goes over bumps with ease. The suspension is super nice. The headlight is plenty bright for short night rides. 10/10 For this scooter. Highly recommend!

I've had my Iscooterix8 for 3 weeks. I'm a skilled motorcycle rider. I was involved in a major vehicle accident involving the scooter. It took a head-on hit at full force. It hardly abstained any damage. I was very lucky. So was Suzi. Can't wait to repair her and hit the road !!!;

I got it for Christmas and it is powerful with a lot of range, I live in a hilly neighborhood and drive it a lot, I’ve never had problems with it so far, also nice for off-roading!

IX7 pro is amazing. I love everything thing about. It huals a***😁 Wait but I haven't tried 2WD on sport yet😨🤣

My husband and i bought them to be outdoors more, they’re super easy to use and super fun to zip thru the neighborhood and around the area.

Had a minor issue and through email their customer support sent videos and helped me resolve the issue quickly. We own 5 iscotters (ix3, i8L, and 3 - i10). Our family has a new way to spend fun time together. Even built a rack for my truck that holds them all nicely.

pretty cool! They came quick, assembled easy, We bought 2 and no differences between them...seem well built, only gripe is the handle fold down tab. , the tab that holds the handle when folding down to carry needs re engineneered, it barely holds when engaged down to carry and has slipped open on me when loading in my vehicle a couple of times now. As for service, if your going to be a big player in the market, live service and an online parts(USA) should be a minimum...That said, loving the ride so far!

I have now had the IX7 PRO for 3 months and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I’ve done a lot of homework in this price range and this scooter has exceeded my expectations. Here is my opinion… Unboxing was a breeze very easy and packaged well and assembly was common sense and took about 3 minutes. Battery came fully charged. I received it at work because I live in an apartment so I was able to ride it home immediately. It is not light, it’s also not too heavy. I have a small flight of stairs that I carry it up on a daily and the 75lbs is very doable. Now the features are good. Headlight is very good. I ride at night and no longer fear potholes or rocks. Underneath light is just aesthetics but looks cool.Just double tap the power button to turn them on/off…. ( it doesn’t mention that in the manual) Each mode and speed are AS ADVERTISED! No doubt. Now one thing I didn’t like is that the speedometer did not register over 38mph even though I was positive I was going faster on a big downhill. Dual mode and even single mode in Sport and Race will 100% throw you off the scooter so lean forward and hit the thumb throttle gingerly. Now that being said I love that. Scary at first but you learn quick. It will EASILY ride a wheelie if you are into that.Tires are the reason I chose this scooter and I was not disappointed. I was riding a few weeks ago and kept hearing a click in the rear and I came to find out it was a braided screw stuck in my tire and hitting the disc brake. I pulled it out and it was like it was never there. VERY happy with the quality. Range wise…. I tested it FULL THROTTLE ; DUAL MOTOR SPORT for about 15 miles straight nonstop and from fully charged I was down to 38% left. Turned around and came home in Single Motor Sport and battery was 21%. So my estimate going balls to the wall is about 25 mile range. Single motor eco, I have no doubt over 40 miles easily. Cruise control kicks on in like 3-5 seconds. When running into a store I leave it on and lock it in the app. It’s a nice feature but someone could still carry it away although they could never use it without getting a new speedometer because it stays locked. I just wish that the APP notified you if your scooter was moved because when you are near it the scooter beeps and wheels lock. If you are out of sight it would be nice if the App alerted you that’s all. The horn feature on the scooter is useless. It is as loud as any other function on the controls and is very unnecessary. The bell is 50x louder so I just use that. I have gone off road several times and had no problem and nice tire grip and maintained speed very well. Hill climbing on my old scooter went from top speed 19mph-9mph, I went on same hill full speed/dual and this scooter went 38mph-35mph. So was VERY PLEASED! Charging time is as advertised, you get about 10% boost every hour. Sometimes the charger light is red and I check it after a while and the app says 100% so I don’t know what’s up with that. I just wait for the charger to turn green. Overall, I love it and would buy it again in a heartbeat! Now personally after going 38mph( and btw, my friend paced me in his car and I went thru a speed check and it was on the money) I wish it was faster. Buy it… You won’t regret it.

The scooter works great and has made my life much easier especially when it comes to running daily chores. I have a mobility issue with my legs and the scooter is easy to operate. I love it.

Well built scooter... the breaking system, duel suspension and throttle work perfectly. I recommend this scooter!!!

I was looking for a good first scooter for my son, so I went with iScooter after reading the reviews and I’m glad I did! My son loves it!!! He hasn’t put it down since Christmas Day! It’s a good safe first scooter, I would highly recommend this scooter!
